Hosting an Event

Vivant Art Collection, is an emerging art gallery, located on Gallery Row in Historical Olde City District of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The gallery is a unique, professional, and spectacular venue for cocktail reception, social or corporate event. Hosting an event in our exquisite gallery space allows for your guest to either privately view cultural art and special exhibitions or create a stylish stunning backdrop for your particular event.

Provisions:

• The gallery\'s capacity ranges from 65  - 150 people for a stand-up reception, 30 people for a sit-down dinner and 50 people for lecture seating.
• The gallery is able to facilitate sound equipment, lightning, tables or chairs. You may utilize private catering or we can make arrangements for your special event.
• Vivant offers fundraising opportunities, marketing and advertisement services.
